As soon as you open a self build account your details will be sent to the self build account manager for your region. They will contact you to discuss your project in more depth and to understand what you want to achieve – perhaps you are looking for a timber frame or traditional build or would like to include sustainable technologies.

Your dedicated self build account manager can help you source all the materials and products you need for each stage of your build – from drainage and bricks, to insulation, plumbing, bathrooms, kitchens and landscaping. We’ll make sure you have access to trade quality materials at special self builder trade rates, keeping you to budget whilst ensuring a quality finish.

In addition, our regional sales support offices will keep in touch with you along the way, offering help and advice and our Special Procurement Team will help with those hard to find products that add the finishing touches to your home.
